Delivery costs are outlined on our website.
We aim to deliver within our estimated timeframe but may take up to an additional 30 working days if needed. While most deliveries occur during business hours, deliveries may be made until 9 p.m. in peak times.
For large or heavy orders, we may adjust the delivery fee and will contact you if this applies. We also reserve the right to change delivery costs for specific destinations as needed.
If an order is placed for an area where we don’t deliver, we may cancel it.
Couriers will request a signature on delivery; if you request a no-signature delivery, you assume responsibility for any loss or damage.
In case of potential loss by the courier, we may investigate for up to 7 working days from dispatch before remaking and resending the order.
Some products may have a mild odor due to natural materials or the manufacturing process, which will fade over time. This is not a fault, and returns will not be accepted for this reason.
If an item is faulty or develops a fault within the guarantee period, we reserve the right to repair it, which may involve sending parts and instructions. If it can’t be repaired, we will replace it free of charge.
To speed up replacements, we may request photographic evidence of the fault.
Losses or damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt, which includes delivery to you or a neighbor. After this period, we are no longer liable.

You are fully responsible for providing accurate measurements. While we’re happy to offer advice, any incorrect measurements are your responsibility.
Please check your order details immediately. Once production begins, changes cannot be made without incurring additional costs.
If you use an online converter for measurements, it’s your responsibility to ensure accuracy. Our products are made with a tolerance of +/- 5mm for blinds and +/- 3cm for curtains. We strive to manufacture products to the exact sizes requested.
If an item falls within these tolerances, you will not be entitled to reject the goods.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have no right to cancel, return, or request a refund for ‘made to measure’ goods.
Cancellations are only allowed if production has not yet begun.
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us and you, the customer, in the following situations:
a) If we have insufficient stock to fulfill your order and will not be receiving more of the required product.
b) If we are unable to deliver to your area.
c) If one or more items in your order were listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or incorrect pricing information from our suppliers. We are not obligated to provide goods at incorrect prices.
If we cancel your order, we will notify you and process a refund within 70 days of your order. However, we are not obliged to offer any additional compensation for any disappointment caused.
All our products come with a minimum 12-month guarantee, with some offering an extended 5-year guarantee. The only exception is the motors for motorized blinds, which are covered by a 1-year guarantee.
All warranties cover the components of the product.
