We know how valuable your time is and we understand that once you place an order, you want the products with you, ready to install, as quickly as possible.

As these are made to your measurements, it requires a little longer to produce the order but it makes sure that once you receive your blinds, they fit exact to your measurements.

Once you have ordered, the measurements are sent directly to the warehouse to manufacture.

Your blinds are despatched 5-7 Working Days from your order.

Please be aware this is the estimated time to despatch and does not include the relevant delivery time.

All despatch times and delivery times listed on the website are estimated and not guaranteed.

Bank holidays and weekends are not classed as ‘working days’.

Deliveries are generally made between the hours of 8am and 6pm (except Sunday), however deliveries outside these times can take place during busy periods.
